    Thanks
precisely our problem : ... water flows goes to my parking spot (#16) , or actually right next to mine (#17) forcing us to wet our feet before we step into the car.

The parking contains multiple significant leaks after heavy rains (about once per 2 months). The floor surface of the parking is not directing the water to a drain but to the stairs (near H and F blocks). This results in entrances that cannot be passed without getting wet feets.

The floor must flow the water automatically to drains (which can be constructed using the exits of the water pumps).
